Kimberley's Kitchen handcrafts gourmet marshmallows and artisan confections. Using Organic and Fair Trade ingredients, Kimberley creates seasonal treats that are natural and beautifully packaged in sustainable bags and boxes. Organic/Fair Trade vanilla beans, chocolate, and locally roasted coffee are featured, as well as BC fruit and organic herbs. Confections are seasonally inspired and include Dad's Peanut Brittle, Almond Butter Crunch, and Gourmet S'mores.

It all started with my Dad. My Dad would whip up caramel corn, peanut brittle or fudge for a snack on movie nights with me. He used simple, fresh ingredients. Nothing fancy. In 2010, while on maternity leave, I started my little candy company with the hopes of bringing the same simple goodness to people. I do not use artificial or synthetic colors or flavors; only good, whole, natural ingredients. Treats to enjoy and feel good about. I hope that you enjoy sharing and eating them as much as I enjoy making them.
