Handpainted Snowflake Pops are solid handmade pieces from the finest couverture chocolate. Each piece is individually handpainted by Laura in luxurious Easter colours and is available in both dark and milk chocolate.
Laura Slack is a Toronto based artisan chocolatier and pastry chef. An avid baker since childhood, Laura honed her passion through a combination of formal education and practical work experience.
After graduating from U of T with a degree in Science, Laura began her training through the Baking and Pastry Arts program at George Brown College. She then completed the professional chocolatier program at Ecole Chocolat and attended the prestigious Callebaut Academy. Laura went on to complete an internship at Knipshildt chocolatier in Norwalk, Connecticut and worked as a Pastry Chef for David Lee at Nota Bene.
